Our Program

Our positve influencers are young people from gang-affected families and communities joining together to become role models and to hold themselves and their friends accountable. We help them grow their accountable. we help them grow their leadership skills, protect themselves and their peers from violence and prepare for careers. They’re our future community leaders, and we’re here for them.

soldiers of love

Our Soldiers of Love prevent shootings from happening in the first place, so it does not get to that point. They’re gang veterans and known and trusted community members. The way they intervene in moments of conflict is to stop shots from being fired by using non-violent ways to move through anger. We provide them with intervention, de-escalation training, and wraparound support to help them contribute positively to society.

When communities are well protected and united, we can ALL feel the ripple effects from that, which is love. From bullet-free weekends and block parties to weekend youth summits and after-school activities, we build relationships through events and programs that happen where accountability and love are needed most. We also connect our communities to mental health, job training, employment, and opportunities to be healthy and thrive.
